Caroline Stebbins is joining NewStar Financial as a Human Resources Coordinator. Caroline was most recently at Boston Networking Group where she was responsible for placing candidates in Accounting & Finance and Investment positions. Prior to Boston Networking, Caroline was a Client Service Representative at MFS focused on retirement plans for shareowners and brokers. She graduated from Fairfield University in 2003.
