Carol Larkin
Vice President – Equipment Finance Operations Manager

Carol Larkin serves as Vice President, Operations Manager for NewStar Equipment Finance. Ms. Larkin joined Newstar Financial in 2010 after seven years at Sovereign Bank/Santander where she was the Vice President of Operations. In that role, she oversaw all aspects of operations for the Equipment Leasing division, which included funding, contract administration, tax reporting and maximizing realization of asset values through remarketing and disposition.

Prior to that, Carol held the position of Vice President for five years at American Finance Group (AFG), a commercial finance company engaged in leasing and secured financing where she oversaw servicing and syndications for a portfolio consisting of investment grade customers.

Prior to AFG, Carol worked at various banks in an administrative capacity. She earned a bachelors degree from Regis College.
