Colleen M. Banse
Head - Human Resources

Colleen M. Banse serves as a Managing Director of the Company and Head of Human Resources. She also serves as a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Banse was a senior member of the People Success team at Sapient Corporation, where she was responsible for providing strategic and operational human resources services to several global business units. In addition to providing leadership across various HR functional groups, Ms. Banse’s focus areas included acquisition integration, large-scale re-organization and change management initiatives and development of new office operations. Previously, she spent three years as the Finance Lead for the Technology and Communications business unit at Sapient, where she was responsible for financial and operational management of this high-growth sector.
Ms. Banse holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Sociology from Boston College.
