Jeremy C. Back
Managing Director

Jeremy Back serves as a Managing Director of the Company in connection with its middle market activities on the West Coast.

Mr. Back joined the Company in 2006 from GoldenTree Asset Management where he was a Director in the Capital Solutions Group. At GoldenTree, he was responsible for originating and structuring senior and subordinated debt transactions. Prior to joining GoldenTree in 2005, he spent two years at Relational Advisors where he was the Head of the Private Financing Group and Co-Head of the Financial Sponsors Group. From May 2000 to December 2002, Mr. Back was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston where he arranged high yield debt financings, bank loans and bridge loans for clients in diverse industries. He also provided restructuring advisory services to middle market companies. Prior to joining DLJ, Mr. Back was in the Leveraged Finance Group at CIBC World Markets (Argosy) for five years. Mr. Back began his career in 1993 as an Analyst in the High Yield Finance & Restructuring Group at Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Back received a Bachelor of Science degree (concentration in Finance) with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
