Lisa DeSantis Adams
Senior Vice President—Origination

Lisa DeSantis Adams serves as Senior Vice President - Origination and is responsible for originating and structuring middle market asset-based loan transactions for NewStar Business Credit in the Northwest region of the United States. She has over 20 years of experience in cash flow and asset-based lending, including significant healthcare industry expertise. Ms. Adams will maintain offices in both Portland, OR and San Francisco, CA.

Most recently, Ms. Adams was a Vice President with Union Bank, where she was originating new business in the Pacific Northwest. Her prior experience included origination of asset-based and cash flow loans for mid-sized companies across a range industry segments, including a focus on healthcare with Wells Fargo, Merrill Lynch Capital and BMO.

Ms. Adams received her BA from UCLA. She is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Commercial Finance Association and Turnaround Management Association.
